“Children’s Friends" Association is a non-governmental organization established on February 20, 2002, at the initiative of the International Humanitarian Organization "Amici dei Bambini", Italy. It operates in the field of children's rights protection on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

The objectives of “Children’s Friends” Association
Our objectives cover a wide range of activities, which are linked by the common element of individual and social development, accomplished through an alternative educational method whose main tool is the play.
Performance of social and educative animation activities for children of any age, together with public and private institutions;
Implementation of social, educative, and advisory programs addressed both to children and staff involved in the educative process;
Promotion of social and educative animation as a way of accommodation, development, responsibility-raising and social integration of different categories of children;
Accomplishment of training courses for animators; training and information courses in social and educative animation (seminars, work shops, conferences, etc.);
Promotion of voluntariate among young people and adults as a form of active participation in community life;
Organization of social, cultural, and artistic events in public or private areas;
Publication of newspapers, brochures and other papers closely related to the Association’s object of activity.
